Renovation of a Notting Hill Mews house
Renovation and loft extension of a house in Notting Hill which included a glass roof extension over the existing staircase.
The Brief
To renovate and extend a Notting Hill terraced house including a loft extension and the installation of a glass roof extension above the existing staircase.
The Challenge
The glass roof extension was the biggest challenge here together with trying to maintain as much of the original electrical and plumbing installation as possible whilst upgrading some areas and providing new installations to the loft extension.
The Result
A contemporary loft space flooded with natural light which still maintains the cosiness and warmth of the original home.
