Our Founder
Elgin & Ellis was set up by Yuriy Dumych in 2013 after many years working in the residential building industry. Yuriy has built a solid reputation for honest, trustworthy project delivery where the finish speaks for itself.
Yuriy is closely involved in every project we work on. Our vision is to provide quality extensions and refurbishments in West and North West London.
Yuriy has worked hard to gain a reputation for quality, trusted professionalism and integrity.
Our Approach
The joy in our work comes from creating a positive space that people can live in and enjoy. Our satisfaction comes through the human aspect of our work.We work on residential projects for clients who are going to live in the completed home. Working in someone’s home requires an approach that is different from your usual builder. We have built long term relationships with a great many of our clients – not something many people could say about their builders. It’s very different working with a client who is going to be living in the space at the end of the project and requires a softer approach as building projects can be stressful and sadly horror stories are all too common with a “one size fits all” approach.
Our reputation also means we have been drafted in to complete projects where the client has been let down by another builder. Again our tailored hand holding approach is appreciated by clients who have experienced a very stressful situation.
We work to high specifications and finishes and all our projects are bespoke.
